Your First Visit to Our Otsego County Practice
When you call to make an appointment for your first visit our procedures will be explained at that time.
All paperwork is sent to you ahead of time, if possible, so you won't have to spend time in our waiting room filling out forms.
When you arrive in the office you are greeted by name, asked to sign in and the staff will then collect you paperwork and check it for completion.
If you are a new Chiropractic or Nutrition patient, your provider or the office manager/patient advocate will meet with you in the conference room and explain in detail what you will experience that day. Once you have completed the testing you were scheduled for, the office manager or scheduling coordinator surveys you in private to see how your visit went. If there were any issues, the provider is brought in to address the issue before you leave. A follow up visit is then scheduled for the report of findings.
The first visit takes about 1 hour.
