Chiropractors in Otsego County : What to Expect

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance, that's why when you call to make an appointment our procedures will be explained to you right over the phone.

Your First Visit

When you arrive in the office you are greeted by name, asked to sign in and the staff will then collect your paperwork and check it for completion. All paperwork is sent to you ahead of time, if possible, so you won't have to spend time in our waiting room filling out forms.

If you are a new Chiropractic or Nutrition patient, your provider or the office manager/patient advocate will meet with you in the conference room and explain in detail what you will experience that day.

Once you have completed the testing you were scheduled for, the office manager or scheduling coordinator surveys you in private to see how your visit went. If there were any issues, the provider is brought in to address the issue before you leave. A follow up visit is then scheduled for the report of findings.
